Falling Over Sideways Claire thinks her life is cursed. Her friends have moved up in dance while she was left behind. At school she is surrounded by mean girls and a boy who seems to be out to make her life difficult, and she is always compared to her perfect older brother. Claire's life suddenly changes over breakfast; her father falls over at the kitchen table with a stroke. Claire realizes the importance of her family and her friends as her father struggles to return to them.
